The individuals wishing to use the services, Fun Features and participate in the contest(s) organized by Haboom , need to complete the registration process of Haboom.

Haboom the registration process requires the user to submit and verify certain documents for providing personal and contact information to the Haboom platform.

The documents required for creating and registering an account with Haboom include:

• ID
• Email
• Mobile Number
• Password
• Date of birth
• User Invitations

The individuals using the services and Fun Features provided by Haboom can invite other individuals who can be either non-registered or already registered users of Haboom using their email address or Facebook usernames for participating in any of the Fun Features or contest (a) organized by Haboom.

Haboom fantasy cricket app has all the rights to modify, change the defined 'Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use' (hereinafter mentioned as "Terms and Conditions") at any point in time. A notification in the users' account or their registered email address will be sent about any changes and modifications in the terms and conditions with users having an apt opportunity to disagree or raise a conflict with the changes made in a defined period of time. No response/raise of conflict in the defined time will automatically mean the user's agreement with the changes made in the terms and conditions. In case of user raising disagreement with the changes, Haboom , at its sole and absolute discretion, can refrain users from using any services provided by Haboom.

Haboom enjoys absolute discretion to restrict, suspend, deactivate, terminate any user's access to its entities, and contests without prior notice. Revise or make additions to the roster of players available for selection in a Contest on account of revisions to the roster of players involved in the relevant Sports Event. Assign its rights and liabilities to all User account hereunder to any entity (post intimation of such assignment shall be sent to all Users to their registered email ids) Further, Haboom is authorized to take any technical or legal action against the user if necessary.

If an account is deleted due to negligence on the part of Haboom, the company shall pay the fee charged for the feature provided by Haboom. No Refund will be made if the account is removed due to a reach of Haboom terms and conditions.

You agree to comply with Our privacy policy, guidelines and statements as may be applicable from time to time, which are incorporated into these Terms and conditions, and can be found at Privacy Policy.

As a part of user conduct, all the registered users are bound to abide by the rules and regulations defined by Haboom failing which Haboom reserves absolute discretion to suspend, terminate, delete user activity and files as mentioned above.

As a part of the user conduct, the users are also required to provide true and complete information during registration and at other times when asked by Haboom. The users further provide consent to keeping their registration information updated. A single user can only operate one account with Haboom (inclusive of both web and app).

The registered users will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account, including payment accounts linked to their Haboom account, users are also required to inform Haboom at the earliest in case of detecting or suspecting unauthorized use of their account.

The registered users are bound to modify neither or become the cause of modification of any files, software, the technology associated with Haboom.

The users shall never indulge or engage in any obscene, offensive, indecent, racial, stalking, anti-national activities on platforms provided by Haboom. The participants entering any contest(s) organized by Haboom as a resident of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, or Telangana will not be permitted to sign up for any round in the paid version of the Contest as elaborated below. In case of audits from Haboom , if a user is found to be a resident of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, or Telangana but not stated at the time of registration then Haboom at its sole and absolute discretion holds the rights to take action against such user including (not limited to) blocking of user account, deletion or deactivation of user account, and resetting the user account to initial level by deleting all the logs, refers & reducing the amount present in the user wallet to "zero." Users will also be required to upload a full image of the original PAN Card for PAN verification.

Haboom is not Gambling and in no way or means supports gambling on its site or app.

The Haboom platform conducts various contest(s) as a part of Fun Features offered by Haboom. Haboom offers fantasy cricket as a part of its fun features. The contests conducted by Haboom allows the users to participate in the Fun Features by formulating their own fantasy team(s) comprising of on-field players involved in the on-field match (as applicable), series or tournament to which the fantasy game relates. The teams of the user users are rewarded with points on the basis of the performance of on-field players at the end of a designated match, round or tournament of the Contest(s). The user whose team attains the highest aggregate of points will be declared as the winner of the contest. Haboom is authorized to declare more than one Winner and distribute prizes to such Winners in increasing order of their Team's aggregate score at the end of the designated round(s) of the Contest in the event of the various pre-specified contest(s). The Contest(s) organized as a part of Fun Features would comply with the Terms and Conditions, rules and regulations mentioned below:

"Fantasy Rules" available at "How To Play" rules and regulations (including rules and regulations in relation to any payments made to participate in the Contest(s), and all Participants agree to abide by the same.

In an event wherein there's a tie between the winners, then the winning users shall be declared as the winners, and the prize shall be equally divided among such Participants. If the users have not complied with the Terms and Conditions defined by Haboom, then Haboom shall not be liable to pay any prize in relation to the use of the Haboom.com, Contest, "Fantasy Rules," etc

Haboom reserves the discretion to delete a bank account even after being verified by the Haboom team if, at any later stage, Haboom believes or suspects it to be a forged account or with fake details.

In a rare event wherein Haboom identifies the need of any governmental, statutory or regulatory compliances or approvals for organizing any Contest(s) or the company identifies any on-going Contest(s) breaching the legal guidelines or being prohibited by the legal authorities, then, Haboom hold all the rights to cancel or withdraw such Contest(s) without any prior notice to the participants or the winners. The users using the services provided by Haboom agree not to make any claims related to such cancellation or withdrawal in any manner. The employees, directors, affiliates, relatives, and family members of Haboom will not be eligible to participate in any Contest(s).

Any amount once added to the Haboom account of the user can't be refunded back to the user in any case, and the amount can be used to join the leagues, fun features, and Contest(s) organized by Haboom.

The users using the services and Fun Features provided by Haboom are not permitted to cancel any transaction which has been once confirmed. However, Haboom is authorized to permit any user to cancel a transaction and refund the transaction amount paid by the user at its sole and absolute discretion, in an event: If the User sends a written request to Haboom from the registered email Id to cancel such payment; or If the payment is made for participation in the paid version(s) of the Contest(s), the cancellation request must be received at least two days prior to the commencement of the round in respect of which the payment is made; Haboom shall not be liable to refund any amount thereafter.

Haboom reserves the right to refund the transaction amount to the user in the above mentioned case at its sole and absolute discretion post deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Further, amid the transaction process, the users should take note of the additional terms and conditions which significantly govern the transaction. In an event wherein the clauses defined in additional terms and conditions conflict with the present Terms and Conditions defined by Haboom , the additional terms and conditions associated with transactions shall prevail. The refund is only applicable to the amount used to join any league and shall be refunded to the Haboom wallet source, as deducted.
